Andrea has been a formats and distribution specialist for nearly 20 years. Previously DRG's Managing Director, Acquisitions and Formats, she set up Magnify in 2015 and subsequently sold the business to Plimsoll Productions in 2020.

Anthony Appell most recently served as Head of Pre-Sales and Co-Productions Consultant for Viacom International/VIS UK for three years. In that role, he was responsible for the global co-production Story of the Songs for C5 and REELZ US.

Cecilia has over 20 years experience in the formats distribution industry. At Magnify Media, she manages format sales and has oversight of deal-making across the sales team.

Katie joins Magnify with 14 years experience in International Distribution. She has looked after and has become an expert in several territories during this time, including  CEE, UK, ANZ, North America  and the Middle East and most recently had focussed on Nordics and Benelux.

Anne has more than 20 years experience in distribution. After starting her career at TVF International, she moved onto Channel 4 International where she had great success - such as the first format sales of Supernanny and That'll teach them in France and Germany.

Malgorzata has over 12 years of experience in program sales and acquisitions: having started her career at TVP and TV Puls in the programming and acquisition department in Poland. Prior to joining the team, she was VP Sales EMEA at The Story Lab and worked at the international sales team of Lagardère Studios in Paris covering CEE & Russia, Italy and Germany.

Dorit has been in the television sales and distribution industry for almost 20 years. She worked for ITV Studios Global Distribution for 10 years and Shine International for 2 years and negotiated license agreements for formats and finished programs for well known brands such as Dancing on Ice, Come Dine With Me and Broadchurch.

Hayley is a highly respected television executive known for her exceptional mix of creative and business skills, her global production experience and her worldwide network of contacts. She has an extensive background in unscripted development, production, acquisitions, formats, overseeing multiple global franchises and management.  

Becci has over 10 years experience in programme sales and distribution: having started her career at Fireworks, then Content Media, she most recently worked as Director of Sales - Scandinavia and Benelux at Kew Media Distribution. 

Before joining Magnify in 2017, Emma worked as the Sales & Marketing manager at Soho based eOffice, assisting SMEs with their business requirements and development planning. Prior to that, Emma coordinated sales for formats distributor, Zeal Entertainment.

Carrie has over 12 years marketing experience within the television distribution industry. Previously at Cineflix Media, she began as an Executive Assistant and with a degree in design, leading her along a creative path to Director of Marketing.
