A perfect storm of events is about to unfold, changing the lives of more than 70 lions, many of whom have only ever known relative calm. The future looks anything but, and our cameras will be there every minute of the day...
We have identified a place in Zambia where three prides meet. The most charismatic of them all is the Hollywood pride (named so for their good looks), a family of lions who are constantly in battle with the two other prides for leadership of their families; this drawn out and hard fought war will be the basis of our storyline throughout the series.
